We all have fear, we all have insecurities, we are all human. From a very early age I had the awareness of what I wasn’t and never nurtured to the possibilities of what I could be. Throughout my life I would navigate inappropriate behavior, sexual assault, diminishing manners, constantly being underestimated, low self-worth, loneliness, who am I, will I ever be and feel loved. Yet, through amazing teachers appearing at the right moment [two and four legged], I gained awareness and liberation needed to see the level of destruction my chosen environment[s] created. There are many chapters and stories to my life: adoption, relationships, surfing, motorcycles, comedy, speaking, caregiving, horses. I’ve found a common denominator through all these chapters…HEALING. Stepping into the light and allowing our-selves to be seen is intensely hard and a constant life journey. Yet so worth the outcome.
